seem Greenwood move to Marseille is on stand by and Lazio trying to take advantage of the situation. explians why Marseille turn their attention to Eddie.

Marseille would be a good move for him, but I sincerely doubt they will pay £20-30m for him. It would be max £15m.

He should be forcing a move now tbh. For his own development he needs to play week in and week out. At Arsenal he's just not good enough.
15M with the 30-40% sell-on clause they were willing to accept in the Greenwood deal would be an alright outcome tbh. He'll be back in PL within 2-3 years anyway.

Arsenal fans - ‘Stop playing Eddie he’s trash’

Also Arsenal fans ‘Arteta tanks value by not playing him’
To be fair, the two positions don't have to be contradictory. Arteta did play Eddie for a long time, and he wasn't good enough for us, but the fact that he did play a lot could allow us to sell him off for a higher amount. This season he rightfully didn't play as much, but it did tank his value.

In short, should've sold him in 2023.

There’s no way Eddie goes for less than Balogun. Eddie is better in almost every facet of play.
What about scoring🤔
You may be correct but there was hope Balo could really explode.
Eddie is now seen as a mid 20s mid level player so not sure he has enough buzz.
Unfortunately a lot of teams now seem to be moving to bigger strikers who are better hold up players so that may work against Eddie?

According to Sky, Wolves just rejected a bid from Marseille for Hee-Chan Hwang. I wonder what this pursuit means for an Nketiah deal

Balogun was sold on the back of a good season and is 2 years younger. Eddie just had a dreadful season and he's 25 now, not 22 like Balogun was. Very different scenarios and I highly doubt Eddie goes for as much because of that.
Not to mention the ridiculous £100k a week Eddie’s rumoured to be on.
No chance his fee is going to be close to Baloguns

Yeah that's a good point. Balogun was on much lower wages than Eddie.

Highly doubt we get much more than £20m for him and I am ok with that. He tries, but is nowhere near the standard required for the level we are trying to reach. I wish him well, but will just be glad to see the back of him, whatever the fee.
