Edu & Vinai: The Dream Team

Vinai falls upwards despite being at the helm of commercial failings for years and now just general failings of the club as a whole. Always got to wonder why someone that consistently shows incompetence in their job remains in favour of their boss.
You would think that is a no-brainer. It does seem the higher your position in a company the more you can get away with. You certainly never see Joe Average get rewarded for failing at his job

If you look at this report you can see it has become normal to reward CEOs who failed miserably. Executive Excess 2013: Bailed Out, Booted, and Busted - Institute for Policy Studies

It's becoming the same with being a manager too, someone calculated (not sure how accurate) that Mourinho for example has been paid more for being sacked than he earned as a manager. You just have to reach a certain level, after that you can still be rewarded for many years regardless if you're performing or not courtesy of your reputation.

To be fair to Vinny he wasn’t the one who signed the club up to this mess we are in. That’s on Kroenke and he’s just the fall guy. He shouldn’t be apologizing though. It makes him and the club look weak. He should just acknowledge that the club messed up. Got it very wrong and have those conversations in private where he can express his disdain or surprise at the said developments.

He’s not too sharp vinny.

Actually shameful and disgusting that Vinai is still representing Arsenal. Can’t comprehend how he hasn’t been kicked out, how can he look people in the face after his antics?

A stain on Arsenal football club.

Where’s that prick Edu as well?

City signing the next best thing in Brazil apparently, thought this was meant to be the whole point of getting him? Lost out on this lad and that RB last summer.

Club of clowns.

Day 24 since you've posted this and he's still barbequing sausages.

Wonder if Edu will be able to travel to the States if we have any preseason commitments there in the future.

There's a reason why CBF execs never travelled with the team to Canada when we were playing most our games there.
I'm sure dodgey stan and the lad josh can sneak him in.
