I think it’s too late for a striker now. Seems to me the club put its eggs in the Vlahovic basket and now are left scrambling for close to unrealistic deals.

Get in a good central midfielder to give us that much needed cover. That’s the most important position we need depth for if we want to seriously push for top 4.

We’ll have striker options in the summer. Players like Schick, Gouiri, Isak, Oshimen, would be there and there would be sufficient time to do a good deal, even with the World Cup closer.

Think we'll use this window to fill in backup roles, which will eventually give a boost to a team playing in only one competition.
first choices for cm and st are out of reach now and we'll go for 2 backups alongside gk.

Midfield depth isn’t going to help push for top 4. Lacazette has 4 goals ffs.
