Will we sign an attacker before the window closes?

Yeah Williams seems Barca bound, they'll make a plan to land him.

We could use that to do a deal for a Raphinha, I'd be for something like that.

Trossard on the left just isn’t it lol can’t stand it when he’s on the left as he doesn’t have the pace to beat a player.

Prefer when he gets played centrally.

Yeah of course we need to get rid of Nelson etc but the athletic also said we know we want something a bit different.

They also had us down for getting Sesko before anyone left? So it doesn’t make any sense tbh.

I think the Barca stuff isn’t as strong as people make out tbh.
Even Tabas said Barca are close to afford him. It’s in the interest of Spanish football to keep him in la liga and make Barca real rivalry more competitive. It will definitely happen

We’ll see, but I’m more talking about what Nico is doing and saying, which is absolutely nothing.

Helping Barce buy Williams by funding it by buying Rapinha would be utter **** behaviour. As it is Brokealona can't afford Williams. Meaning we can outbid them right now

I hear the sponsoring thing, and would agree with you.

Williams seems like he's set on Barca though, hence the lack of belief here. We'll see however.

I don't believe that Barca bound stuff. He has the option to play for Hansi boring and not sexy Flick or sexy Mikel Arteta.

His legs looked deader and deader as the season went on. A good player but I have zero hopes for him being able to keep producing at LW, feel like he's rapidly slowing down.

Definitely need someone with at least Martinelli level pace in the front 3. Right now I think the quickest player might actually be Havertz which is just tragic on so many levels.

Meh there is no top secrets nowadays in football unless you signing an unknown kid. Big transfers are public

You’re right in terms of clubs contacting multiple agents to ask about availability. That’s how leaks linking clubs to players happen right.

The thing is more someone that we may have enquired about months ago and then suddenly go back in for.

For example if Orny said Arsenal agree deal for Gyokeres I’d be pretty shocked and class that as an out of the blue deal.

The question for me is if Havertz hadn’t done well up front would we not be going for a big striker right now?

Arsenal Quotes

The club changed so much, I changed with it and football has changed with us... But one thing never changes: the 90 minutes still belong to the player, 90 minutes during which he is king.
