Looking like a bad time to do the Rooney appointment from Birmingham after Eustace had been doing alright.

Sitting in 5th.

Fire quality manager.

Hire unqualified manager who is only getting the job because he was good at kicking a ball 10-15 years ago.

Lose 3 straight, outscored 6-1.

Now sitting 14th.

The thing in European soccer where good players just keep getting handed manager jobs despite the two things having little to do with each other is just the weirdest.

Nobody in the NFL is hiring Tom Brady or Payton Manning as a head coach straight after retirement but over there it’s automatic. Harry Kane will be managing Sp**s within 24 months or retiring.

They been raw dogging championship all season far tbh, they can afford a blip or two. The other team to beat them? The mighty tigers of ‘ull
Quite special to see a classic club like Ipswich making a fist for the Premier League. Hull? Not a prayer.

I thought the first half of the Leeds vs Leicester game was exciting from what I saw of it. A good battle between the foxes LW and Gray, Leeds were dangerous on the counter. Ipswich have a chance to go top if they win their games in hand starting with Birmingham today. If they do there will still be an 11 point gap between 2nd and 3rd already!

Back to back draws for Ipswich, they choked their opportunity after Leicester lost in the weekend.
That league is crazy. Just 13 points separate 19 teams after 15 games from 3rd-21st.

Who on earth decided that Rooney was the right man for Birmingham? 4 points in 7 games is repulsive.

Arsenal Quotes

When I arrive at the gates of Heaven the Good Lord will ask "What did you do in your life?"
I will respond "I tried to win football matches."
He will say: "Are you certain that's all?"
"Well, that's the story of my life. It is not easy to win football matches, you know."
