This was almost a carbon copy of Chelsea's tactics. Sit in a midblock and when the ball reaches central zones, surround Arsenal, get the ball and quickly get the ball in behind.

Our team needs to adapt quicker when they see this. Remove the option of being surrounded by going longer more frequently. Look to play the game in the opposition half and put them under pressure in possession and territory immediately.

Some good things, is how Ødegaard was able to move into that left halfspace more, receive and turn in tighter spaces. The impact of Tomiyasu on that right side, being able to neutralise Kudus' impact when they tried to get it out to him at the turnover.

We were sloppy tonight, and it cost us the game. But lessons to be learned from this tonight, particularly opposition tactics.

With Partey being a massive injury disgrace, and Jesus getting close to that level too...our squad looks quite "meh", especially whenever Saliba and Rice don't start...look worryingly weak.

Honestly gutted with that, threw it away without a fight...this team still has a lot to prove that it can the title, especially with the changes we have made (eg Havertz for Xhaka is just an abomination of a decision) 1 trophy gone and only 3 chances left, before it's 4 years without anything (despite spending heavily too)
