Tonight took me back to those days when we'd dispatch lower league teams in the League Cup for fun, with the likes of Wilshere, Ramsey, Vela, Merida, JET, Randall, Lansbury, Hoyte, et al.

Hope at least a couple of our current youth make it here.

Used to love watching league cup games circa 2007, lots of talented yougnsters and great football. Felt like 2007 again. No weak links today. Chambers has to start over the two clowns at CB, and Holding, if he's ready.

Yeah would love to go far in the competition with youth. Great experience for Martinelli, Saka, Nelson, Willock etc

What a great game ! A lot of positives to take from it.

- KT + Bellerin minutes under the belt with good performances
- Martinelli brilliance
- Nelson first Arsenal senior goal
- Holding with a goal and solid showing on return
- Chambers showing he's no slouch and wants to fight for a place

Think Chambers will have problems with pacey wingers in a fullback position, but would like to see a bromanship-cb-partnership with Holding.
