Wow unbelievably blunt from Gordon here, essentially calling out Southgate. This is how all players feel deep down when playing in overly restrictive systems btw, especially those with the attributes of Gordon, they want to be able to take risks, have a go at players, move inside, outside, make runs, drift into different areas without being micromanaged in terms of where and how they play because of the fear the opposition might win the ball back.

I'm going to the England match v Greece, at Wembley Stadium tomorrow. My Sister text me on Tuesday, to say she got Free Tickets for the game. How she got them, I don't know at this point. I think it might be via her work, I will ask how she got them.
My Nephew is going as well. We are in the Club Wembley section, which has larger, more comfy seats. This is in the Central Tier.
We have access to the Club Wembley bars and restaurants.
I have been to the New Wembley Stadium once. That was to watch Take That, with my Mum and her Twin Sister. The Pet Shop Boys were in support. Robbie Williams also did a Solo part, as well as performing with Take That.
Have also been to the Old Wembley Stadium. Went with my Sister to watch Bon Jovi, in 1995. We were sat in the top tier, on wooden seats. Also went with a workmate of mine to the Old Wembley, in 1994. He comes from Stockport. We watched Burnley v Stockport County, in the Play - Off Final. Burnley won the match.
Great occasions at the Old / New Wembley Stadium.

I thought Carsley would be different to Southgate, but it appears he has fallen for the trap of “playing the big names regardless of the balance” that has befallen previous England managers. Whilst Southgate was overly conservative, Carsley is too attacking to be a serious option. Dual 8/10s midfield doesn't work unless you are Pep Guardiola. No one has made Phil Foden look good apart from Pep Guardiola.

Palmer should've started at 10, Saka on the right, Gordon on the left, Gomes or Wharton next to Rice and Watkins or Kane up top. Hell, I wouldn't even mind Bellingham at 9 tbh. But for the love of God, please put a balanced XI for once in my life.
