Yep. Charlie Adam was very subtle though. Xhaka should learn that from him. Anyway,we need Stoke to beat Liverpool and Chelsea at the end of this month. We move on and up.

Missed the game today, just watched the highlights on MOtD.
Tactics wise we looked a country mile better than Man C in the game before. They were all over the place again. Bar the odd chance we looked quite tight.

Fielding a strong team vs Basel was part of the reason we played so well yesterday. Momentum is everything, if we had rested key players vs Basel and drawn or lost, we would have gone into this game in a completely different mind set. I said it before the Basel game and I say it every game, always play to win.
Sky didn't miss it and highlighted Adam doing the same to Giroud in March 2014!

I have recently seen a documentary on Martin Keown where he talked a lot about the rivalry with Man U. They showed a couple of videos of Arsenal players bullying Ruud Von Nistelrooy. So I don't give a **** whether it was a penalty or not. I love it that after ages of technical midgets afraid of physical confrontation we have finally got ourselves a player who bullies other players rather then gets bullied.
