We're not giving an 18-year old a central position of importance who showed he was far to inconsistent last season. When he got a chance in midfield he was far away from the required level aswell. It's 100% towards him playing more centrally

Yeah I was never concerned about this one. The first professional contract was giving me some nerves because he looked like he was considering other clubs, but after him breaking into the first team last season I was never worried about him not signing a new contract.

Hopefully he'll be patient and keep working on his game. Once he starts being more involved in the game and dares to be more vocal and involved he'll come good. The sky is the ceiling for Ethan's talent.
