I criticize Mik probably less than anyone on the forum and even I'm a little grated by the lack of minutes. Hardly like our other options have been pulling up trees so don't know why he can't get a kick in a low priority cup game.

Key word is potentially. We've seen him already a few times this year and he just doesn't look ready for what we need him to be and what we want to achieve this year.

A loan would be a good move. In fact, it should've happened in the summer after we got Eze.

I'm not sure what destination would be best though. Is he good enough to be a key player in a midtable PL team yet? Or would it be more wise to loan him to a top 6 Championship club where he can thoroughly dominate and develop?

I understand him not being able to play the way Arteta wants him to play down the middle, but he should be getting some game time on the right hand side at least. I guess feeling like Bukayo has to play since we've been squeaking by games on thin margins is possibly one of the reasons why we're not utilizing the squad to the fullest level. A lot of pressure currently being placed on subs to completely change the games since we're so anemic in front of goal
