Ethan Nwaneri: Marseille It Ain’t So

On the bench again today and Marsielle already down 2-0 in the first half. Stupid coach!
Shoulda recalled him the moment RDZ quit (if it was possible). No point in him training and learning from a mediocre "coach". RDZ is one of the most influential coaches of the last 10 years and basically every elite coach has been influenced by his buildup play automations and ways of progressing the ball into the final 3rd. If he's not working under him, might as well go back to working with Arteta and being around a squad with some actual ambition (we'll see how this ages this weekend)

That celebration Auba did was bold with spray on hair.

Because he doesn't have any crimes on his record?
No because they don’t think he’s very good. Reading their comments he has done nothing since the goal and he does nothing of note on the pitch

I see. Well thankfully he won't be there much longer.

Ive watvhed the games, hes been pretty good and obviously has done more since the goal since he got an assist today. Loses the ball a bit too much though so he isn't undeniably good

it's fine learning process. he will learn to not take penalty with this type of power you will likely going to miss from it.

A harsh lesson that will hopefully make Ethan a better player, especially mentally. Saka went through a tough time after missing his penalty in the Euro 2020 final and came back stronger, so hopefully Nwaneri will follow his lead.

Powerful penalties are the best types of penalties. If hes usually able to take powerful penalties then he should continue to take them

Arsenal Quotes

This is a big moment of happiness...we waited a long time for this and the happiness is linked sometimes with the suffering, and the time that you have to wait....this was more important than all the other (trophies) we have twice won the double, but were not under pressure then like we were today.
