Nwaneri should be developed as a forward and not a midfielder. His touch, ability to create space in tight areas and shooting ability have potential to be truly elite.

I don't want to sell i think he was elite potential i'm saying Berta and Arteta will look to do it to finance other deals or Ethan and is representation will see the writing on the wall and not want his career to stall another season and push for it.

Look at it from Ethan's perspective why would he want to do another loan when he can just leave and go to a team that will clearly want him.

A loan is a learning experience. Coming off the bench, starting, scoring, missing a penalty, losing your manager, not starting etc. The whole package is a learning.

Dowman and Nwaneri can coexist in the same team. Don't be so quick to sell him as he is an elite level talent. Let's see what happens, another loan would be good if Arteta can't guarantee him lots of minutes next season - he was hard done by this s season and its wasn't because of a drop in performances.

Whether or not they are playing in the same position is debatable, cause it is unclear if Nwaneri's future is in the wings or in the middle. Nwaneri's future as a winger is very dubious to me cause he does not possess the pace that Dowman or Noni possesses, so he would be better off staying in the middle. Although he needs to compete against Eze for minutes and Eze has been starting to play well recently.

I doubt I'm not the only poster thinking we should of kept him here until the summer and used him more.

He was used 6 times in the PL, poverty sub mins 166 in total, he should of started all the domestic cup games and given starts in CL games against the likes of Bruges and Kairat.

He only started 2 LC , 1 FA Cup and 1 CL game before going to Marseille, insanely underused.

We like all teams will have injuries. Ethan Nwaneri should of started more and I will list why.

Ødegaard is currently returning from his FIFTH injury this season three of those before Xmas.

Saka we know has had issues two spells injured this season before January. Madueke missed two months with a knee injury September. Dowman who may be a phenom but at 16 it's an unfair expectation has missed two months ankle ligaments injured in December.

Anyone seriously make a case to send him on loan in January, when there were mins and games available here? It's not hindsight either.
