I think International football is on the up. These U17 and U20 teams look stronger and more mature than I can remember. The lure, for parents, of having your child set for life by signing some mega deal before he leaves school. For the kid, he's seeing £££ signs earlier than ever before. Application gets better and the talent emerges quicker. Like that blaster feed you might stick in your grow tent.
