Cause it used to have the 3rd place champions league teams in them, like fairly recently you had teams like barca in there and whatnot from dropping out of CL group stage. This year its ONLY dross teams

Maddening that one of these comedy clubs has a massive chance of playing in CL next season when they have had 31 PL defeats between them (and counting) and are lucky the bottom 3 is beyond awful.
