Think our fans hate Kroenke much more than Sp**s ones hate Levy and Lewis.

I’d be shocked if we didn’t pull together a proper one.

When being a villain was a sport, Lewis would play in lowest leagues whilst Kroenke would be fighting for the highest honors every year.

Hard to even mention them in the same breath, further, Kroenke brought us down from being the most exciting and best club in the world at that time to a mockery in football whilst Lewis, with all his greed as others, certainly did some things to push his club further and they come from nothing.

Really none of the other clubs can stand up against what we've been through in terms of an owner.

the media would love to condemn an Arsenal protest if it breaks all the Covid-19 rules (which it will)

I just hope no policemen get hurt, and that Jack doesn't get himself arrested

Interesting that if as they claimed, to save clubs from financial ruin and save the sport, why have all these superheroes backed off so quick without a fight? Could it be that it had nothing to do with any of that at all? Backlash was expected, I'm sure the clubs PR specialists guiding them through this announcement(s). It's strange they weren't better prepared.

Obviously it's not total defeat as they're going to take some time to reconsider and re-shape their project. UEFA and the Domestic Leagues should make sure the measures they threatened to employ in this battle can actually be used in the future. Reform needs to happen.

Think it's the Spanish and Italian clubs that really needed it for their finances, the English ones not so much. Barca, Madrid and Inter for example are in serious trouble financially. Like our finances aren't great, but Barca have to find like 300m before June otherwise they're bankrupt or something.

Good. Hope they never recover tbh.

Can’t believe I’m being hammered by AM and I can’t do anything about it.

He means the profitability of these clubs is in danger. That's it. These clubs should not be guaranteed to make massive profits though.

Maybe player salaries need to come down. Maybe super agents need to be eliminated. Maybe it all needs to crumble and be rebuilt differently. But these guys aren't entitled to making massive $$.

Remember that there were news about Raiola and Halaand Sr. wanting 20m euro a pop for the kid's transfer? That's on top of the ridiculous transfer fee that would be required to sign the player and without taking into account his salary.

It's like that broke dude that buys a new BMW to appear wealthy, but doesn't have the money to keep up the payments, or the maintanance, insurance and taxes for it. Sooner or later it gets repo'd.

If Madrid and Barça can't spend, they should go down the route of the skint italian clubs and hover around mid table for a while.

When he says the entire system doesn't he just mean his particular club? Again it's just profligate clubs not wanting to shoulder the burden of their profligacy. Arsenal are also part of that, we've had lots of advantages given to us and yet our finances and our team keeps getting worse. It's just dumb/incompetent people hoping to be bailed out instead of getting out of it the way everyone else has to do i.e by being smarter.

With the agents it is simple. All the clubs agree on blacklisting agents demanding exorbitant fees, and it is done. But of course, when you have club execs getting kickbacks and favours from those very agents, it won't happen.
