Everton FC: Everten Points Deducted

It's a joke.

Everton probably do deserve this punishment because they've been so poorly financially run for years, I won't deny that.

But it sticks in your throat because it's easy to punish a club like Everton. What Everton have done is a drop in the ocean compared to Man City yet Everton get investigated (co-operated) and punished within 5 minutes and Man City will get away with a slap on the wrist at absolute best, maybe no punishment at all.

None of these rule breaking punishments mean anything, until Man City get taken down.

Everton will still survive. There are clearly 3 worse team's in the league.
Maybe if this was coming 10 games before the season end they would be relegated.
Now we wait to see mancity verdict

If something like this do not motivate at least one of the newly promoted teams to double up effort to stay in the league then they all deserve to fvk off

They are all **** though. Worst set of promoted teams to arguably ever come up. All of them deserve to go down.

City are not getting punished any time soon.

I'd be surprised if Chelsea get punished at all.

At most they'll get a season of no transfer window where they'll just stockpile the window before.

115 cases vs a couple. This took 2 years to figure out. It hasn’t even been 2 years in the City cases yet.

So much to investigate, don’t expect anything any time soon. Normal court cases take around 2 years anyway, let alone ones for 115 charges.

Not sure why the dislike for Everton on here tbh.

They're one of the historically top 5-6 clubs in English football who have fallen on hard times over the past 30 odd years.

If Arsène Wenger never arrived at Arsenal we could well have been in their shoes now.

Dyche may be a knob but Everton have a proper passionate, working class fanbase, I've always respected them.

Everton deducted 10 points and will still coast to midtable.

“Best the league has ever been” though @GDeep™

West Ham went down with 42 points in 2003, but Everton can lose double digits in 23/24 and still not be scared of getting relegated I am hearing?

Dead league really.
