My boy Jesper Lindstrøm is on loan from Napoli to Everton.
Hoping this will give him the boost back to the level that made a lot of top clubs in Europe interested in him when he shone for Frankfurt.

Also seems Lindstrøm will finally be played centrally. At Frankfurt (correct me if I'm wrong, @jones ) I believe he was always played out wide as one of the 2 wingers/wide CAMs, and at Napoli as a winger too.
I always found his strongest position to be when he was central, right be between the attacker(s) when he was at Brøndby.

Excited to see how he'll get on. For that 2nd striker position there should currently be very little competition and him starting in that role today and being on free kicks already too is a good sign.

Sort of, he played wideish as one of the two attackers behind the CF in a 3-4-3. He was asked to provide some width at times but got a lot of freedom to roam everywhere and often ended up as the most advanced and/or central forward

I hope Everton spend that Onana money wisely, smart deals like Limdstrom. Try to resurrect some careers. Maybe they can get Kalvin Phillips fit, let Gueye do all the legwork for him.

I used to have Everton when they used to beat us, but their fans got humbled so now I kinda have a soft spot for them.

My hatred has been replaced with West Ham, still not humbled after 6-0.

Yeah I do remember him being in one of those two attackers in Glasner's 3-4-3 I just thought he was predominantly wide, but did the most damage when he ventured inside apart from that game against Barcelona where he tore up the flank.

I watched the first 15-20 minutes of this game and Everton looked great in attack. Had to step out and checked the score after it ended. How?

They should have won by 3 or 4 goals.

Unreal. Talk about momentum in sports. Bournemouth’s first completely changed the match.
