He looks way off the pace, one of (if not) their highest earners and has a whole case hanging over his head top - that itself is a risk for them that they took which has ultimately backfired horribly. Stupid decision and risk to take.

Anyways, what do you expect the manager to do? Just sit around until he gets sacked?
Using the case against him is unfair. They knew it. He has 12 months contract and can leave in the summer. To throw him under the bus when you lost your 7th game in the CL and was already out is pathetic. They had worse results without him than with him

That’s why I said it was a stupid decision all around. To sign a player who has all that baggage, has had a very streaky stint in terms of performances and injuries at his previous employers and is willing to accept a significant wage cut due to his contract expiring - everything pointed towards it being a car crash of a signing.

We tried our best to extend his contract... could have been our player still this season. Thankfully he rejected the new contract

@albakos @Riou I can’t take this guy seriously. Look at how he’s trying to play for the cameras acting like he can’t remember those players 😂 what a joke man.

He's so fake with it.

He probably had a mind freeze as soon as he started blurbing: It starts with K, ...... and his mind immediately jumped to his nightmare

Theo always makes everything about himself lmao “I used to run by him quite comfortably”

Crazy that he has grey in his beard as well

You wonder how his ego would be if he had a career like Rio Ferdinand or Michael Owen. He’s cut from the same cloth imo.

Arsenal Quotes

I don't want the will to educate to be opposed by the will to win. That makes the educator sound like an idiot.
Any manager's approach must be to educate. One of the beauties of our job is the power to influence the course of a man's life in a positive way.
You and me have been lucky enough to meet people who believed in us and led us forward.
The streets are full of talented people but who didn't have the luck of finding someone who placed faith in them. I can be the one that facilitates life, that gives an opportunity
