Nah, Henry now would be a massive risk. I highly doubt AW would feel threatened even if he did want his job, like GDeep said he needs to prove himself as a manager first.

It would be great to have him at the club after his playing days though, along with DB10 who always struck me as more of a potential manager in future.

None of our former players are in any position, yet, to be credible candidates for Wenger replacements, Bould too.

You'll have to prove yourselves at two clubs at least before I consider them for the top job here - something, say, similar to what Roberto Martinez is currently doing.

Thanks but no thanks, Titi.

I'm sure Henry is bitterly dissapointed after hearing this

Anyone catch Henry on the Graham Norton show? Lee Mack had a right dig at Bendtner, asking over and over whether Bendtners signing was the reason Henry left the club :D

He sounds like he really does want to manage Arsenal one day. What a reunion that would be. Remains to be seen if he has what it takes to be a manager. But it would just be amazing if he did.

This is the whole interview minus his entrance when Graham introduced Branagh as a Sp**s fan.

He is in high confidence really his goal today and assist both were so good. Rudi Garcia knows how to make Gervinho a great player.

He just has more confidence Yousif. Was a dark time when Gervinho came to Arsenal . Lots of pressure from supporters.

It's not 'confidence', it's erratic technique. He's always had that, he always will have it. He'll pull something nice out once in a blue moon, but most of the time he'll shank an open goal out for a throw in.

I watched that Henry compilation against Italy a while back. His mixture of pace, strength and skill is just so rare. Watching him run rings around some of the best defenders of the last 20-30 years in just brilliant and it shows how great he was, all they could do was foul him. Men against boys stuff at times in that match. The ref seemed determined to **** him over as much as possible as well.

What a great French team btw.

Was impressed with Chamakh today, shame he lost his way, would have been an excellent back up to Giroud.

Also respect to the crowd for giving him such a lovely ovation when he was subbed.
