I think to be fair a lot of people post without reading through all the pages first, which is fine.

A lot of us didn't know about MLS' suspension to be honest 💁🏼‍♂️

Yes, people like to hear themselves talk, but don't want to spend a little time to learn something new. Not really a sign of great intelligence.

I hear where you’re coming from and I do think this competition might become the sacrificial lamb. But we can’t lose to Mansfield. Go out next round if anything

The naysayers are begging for a significant failure for us this season. This can’t be it.
Do you know what makes me sick?

There’s still a pretty good chance we end the season with 0 trophies again 😂

Imagine 😭

Sure, but a lot of posters might be busy with kids, or at work & not have time to read everything 💁🏼‍♂️

Just because someone hasn't read every single post on the thread, it doesn't mean they are an idiot, as you put it.

It would be worse than the Wrexham result in 1992 😬

tbh losing to them with a makeshift 11 of academy kids, Nørgaard, Gunnersaurus and Heinze's left leg is pretty acceptable.

Don't know about you, but this is the sort of game where a butterfly flaps its wings in Mansfield and Calafiore gets injured during warm up vs. Everton.

Either you want to win or you don't care. At the moment this is not the trophy I really care about.

The Premier League comes first. We're so close that we have to prioritise that. Everything else is secondary.

Then comes the CL. Never won it and we have good path. But still so many good teams in it.

Then comes the EFL Cup. We're already in the final, so a win there will give us a trophy and a huge boost, especially because it's against City.

So just rotate heavily and we should defenetly still win it but if you loose with a heavy rotate 11 it's less of moral blow. If you win that game and then play with your regular team and lose, it's more of a setback. But yes, we shouldn't lose anyway.

Knowing how fragile this group of players is, losing to Mansfield could easily derail the season.
Finally something we agree on. That fragility is staring at you when watching them

Not sure why people aren’t that fussed about lifting The FA Cup lol play the fringe players etc but this is no free hit.

😂 y’all do realise after Mansfield there’s one more game then it’ll be the Semis at Wembley. For a group of players who haven’t won anything, I don’t we should turn our noses at any trophy at this stage as next season all signs point to a nasty dip.

Yes, but our backup squad is CL level quality. Must rotate. Start Dowman, Kai, and Madueke

Arsenal Quotes

I'm prepared to be committed to the club at least until we go into the new stadium. For me, it’s important that the club goes in there and that I make sure the team are at a very good level. After that, whether it’s me or someone else, the club will be able to compete at the highest level. But for me to run away now would not be fair.
