I'm not sure about starting both our first choices on the left of defence. I'd hope Clarke or Dixon could get a shout. I'd also include Harriman-Annous in attack and just to be daring, I'd give Julienne a few minutes in midfield. I'd love to see him and Dowman on the pitch at the same time.
