Anything around 20m is a fair deal for a player who has flopped hard for a few years now. He’s a decent player just needs to find the right team/league to show it because he ain’t doing it in the PL.

It's wasn't mental it was simply due to a lack of agility. Someone with his frame needs to be able to bounce and ride tackles like Santi, Modric, David Silva. It will do well in a less physical league.
