I saw Pete Tong at the Emirates a few weeks back, he was a regular at Higbury too from what I've heard. I love that man.

Just found out Castro supports Arsenal... we have such a bizarre list of famous fans.

Also a friend told me earlier that Bob Marley supported Sp*rs... not sure how much truth was in it but I'll be disappointed if he wasn't lying!

Jay-Z a Gooner!

Jay-Z supports Arsenal football club and has named Cesc Fabregas as his favourite player.

The rapper has been invited to attend a match at the London team's Emirates Stadium and says he would be delighted to accept the offer.

The news comes after he was seen watching Manchester City in 2009, prompting confusion over his allegiances.

"I'm glad Arsenal now know it's them I support", Hova explained, confirming plans to meet up with the team in the future.

"It would be good to chat with Cesc and some of the other guys over lunch", said Jay, before extending an invitation of his own.

"The next time I'm playing in England I would like the Arsenal players to come and watch my gig and then come backstage afterwards.

"I know how hard professional sportsmen work so I want to offer an incentive for the guys", he commented.

Jay-Z has offered to arrange a party in New York for Arsenal FC if they win the Premier League title.

The US rapper and his wife Beyoncé were offered VIP tickets at the North London club's Emirates stadium for a game of their choice, when the club discovered that the '99 Problems' star was a fan.

"I'd like to thank the club for their kind offer," he told The Sun. "I'm glad Arsenal now know it's them I support."

Speaking about meeting the players, he said: "I want them to party in New York, my city. I will look after them and make sure that they have some amazing nights out.

Yeah, looks like I might have been wrong about that.

Don't know where I heard it..

Dunno mate, but you're spot on about him being a gooner, he said he was more excited about playing the Highbury farewell bash than he was about playing Woodstock

(I don't think that counts as prohibited Arsenal material)

Paul Kaye aka Strutter, Dennis Pennis and Pete Tong is a big fan. He acted in the Cesc Fabregas Show and he writes (at least he used to anyway) in the monthly Arsenal magazine. I have seen a couple of interviews where he talks about the club.

There's an Idris Elba (Stringer from The Wire) interview on ATVO from a couple of days ago.

Bit embarrasing really, cos I dont get the impression he's exactly a died-in-the-wool Arsenal fan, although he claims to be.

He actually plays an Arsenal fan in Cass, the movie about Cass Pennant, one of the ICF (West Ham firm)

Don't know where I heard it..

Daltry said on the Highbury fair-well thing that he'd only become a fan through his son who he brought to games.

I seen in this weeks Sky magazine that Freddie Prinze Junior is a gooner. Or so he says.

Irish stand up comedian Joe Rooney, who played Father Damo in Father Ted is also a gooner.

John Lydon when he was a kid used to go to games, dunno if he still supports us.

I think Lydon still is qs, i remember he's made comments about it and smearing our rivals in recent years, I *think* around the time he had left "Im a celebrity..."
