I was impressed with him obviously in that 2020/21 season where Chelsea put the clamps on a lot of teams.

That one year aside though it’s been very negative sufferball without much success since he left Dortmund.

He will not come to Arsenal for 2 reasons.
If he comes to Prem, he comes to Liverpool, this is his Prem club which he supported since childhood.
And he is Arteta's friend since childhood, they grew up together.
I doubt that he would consider coming to Arsenal if Arteta is sacked.
