We had a severe outage on the forum today, in that users couldn't create topics or post replies.

The complex nature of the error resulted in several hours of downtime, and I only got round to resolving the error just now.

In case you're wondering what was the cause of the problem, it was due to us running out of integers in the post table. phpBB by default was not designed to handle this many posts in a forum, and we've exceeded that number.

I've given us plenty more integers to play with, so please post away and continue to enjoy the forum!

I've always been amazed that phpBB has been able to handle the kind of usage A-M gets, it's very impressive.

And you seriously wonder why you keep getting 'banned' (by several mods I might add)?

Don't bother replying you immature little boy - I'll just delete any.
