Funny football injuries

You guys remeber JAri Litmannen from Ajax, Barca nad Liverpool. Well he nowadays plays in the swedisg team Malmö. After a game he went over to the assistant coach and asked him to opne a bottle of soda. The bottlecap flew up and hit JAri in the eye and he is out for several weeks.

I also remeber Rio Ferdinad injuring his legs while watching telly.

Any other funny injuries for players happening off-pitch?

Croatia's Milan Rapaic injured himself a decade ago when he stabed himself in the eye with plane ticket. It got infected and he was few weeks of pitch. Robbie Keane got injured when he stepped on a remote of TV.

how good are the hamstring injuries to watch.

one for memory was craig bellamy at newcastle running down the flank when he tore his hamstring.

It's the best when they fall to the ground.

i think in the 2002 world cup santiago canizaves (sp.) the spainsih goalkeeper dropped a bottle of aftershave on his foot, therefore giving the chance to casillas and enever getting his place back!

all to smell nice :D

Anyone remember Thierry Henry a few years back where he scored the winning goal against Chelsea and he ran to the corner of the pitch to celebrate his goal but the corner flag hitted his face and required treatment. Awesome stuff

Arsenal Quotes

What does Arsenal mean? It means class. The structure of the Club, everything has a classy feel about it. It isn't always about success, there is more than that and this is what makes it a cut above the rest.
