Lacazette never came across as a serious professional. He got fat and couldn't last 90 minutes. He and Auba used to clown around in the dressing room whilst we missed out on Champions League football. My dislike for Laca was always because of the way he presented himself. An elite athlete becoming overweight is tantamount to a pornstar with erectile dysfunction. What are you doing wasting everyone’s time? On the other hand, my dislike for Jesus centres around how the fanbase built him up to be something that he is not. It made me cringe when fans said “Jesus is the most complete striker in the league” or “he is more than just goals”. Absolute twaddle. Nonetheless, Jesus is a much better professional than Laca and unfortunately unlucky with injuries that are no fault of his own. I might be a villain, but I'm not a monster.
