Credit where due did better than I expected today.

You have to give their GK props for at least one if not both saves.

Let's hope he has a bit left and can contribute as we really need him at the moment.
We can't continually run Kai into the ground,he looks like he needs a rest.

I'd be tempted to start him against Everton but as we have Palace in the cup next mid week perhaps start him then?

His finishing to ight isn't a coincidence thing.

Even during his best period for us, flying high, people saying he'd help transform the team I'd expect similar finishing

He's not a striker

He had a good game. He played well and always looked dangerous. Gutted he couldn’t score. He should’ve taken at least 2 of his chances.

That goal in the league cup didn’t do him any good. He still seems bereft of confidence in front of goal.

Thinks he's better than Havertz.

His play warranted atleast one goal, a bit gutted he never got it. I’d love for him to hit a rich vein of form to get people of his back a bit, but you can see him sinking deeper into despair.

I doubt he gets out of his funk in an Arsenal shirt.

His first 1v1 with GK has xg 0.67, enough said.
He can't score but he can assist, he can link players.
Maybe Arteta can try with him in midfield as AM, behind striker?
He might be good in this position.
Havertz and Jesus switch?
Havertz bought as midfielder to play as striker, Jesus bought as striker to play in midfield

He gave us much more flexibility upfront then when we play with Havertz and yes the chances he didnt converted yesterday was bad but he still offer us much more upfront.

Was on Vinai's payroll; misses 4th place trophy 🏆
If he preform like monaco game consistently I want him to start LW every game. The issue that majority of teams we face are deep block and most our players can't do it they just stuck in between the deep block

If that's the level of Gabby Jesus we'll get for the rest of the season then sign me up. While he didn't hit the scoresheet in terms of goals, his assist for Saka was excellent and his overall play was quite solid.

Yeah he would have been best player on the pitch in the first half had he scored. Had he not been on such a barren spell it would have been more appreciated as well.

Prem opponents are more familiar to us and we are forced to play different so I doubt he will look like that in the league, but let’s see.

Mikel… Is this real?

I think people are mainly pissed off with his general decline of application since losing the starting spot to Havertz, also that non attempt v Fulham when he easily could have got a shot away but just let the keeper get the ball is still annoying me...but he played well last night.

All round play was good, pressed well, missed a few chances and got a good assist...you could easily put that performance in the prime 22/23 season and it wouldn't look out of place.

Issue is he has been very poor for a while, fans aren't happy because of that.

Never did I think he would bury one of those opportunities which says enough. Need to bin this guy. And I hate to say that because I really thought he’d be our starting CF for years to come when he joined.

Tets knows that even if this guy scored a couple of goals before January, we'd be able to sell him for £20m. Unfortunately at this point it looks like he won't even do that.

League is very weak
He’s in his peak years. I’m guessing injuries have affected him and his confidence.

He’s going to have some game changer moments this season I think, but as a main man, I can’t see him coming back.
