What's crazy is how selfishly he plays too, I'd understand to a degree if he was banging them in regularly, but to hog the ball the way he does to never amount to anything is just disgraceful. Sooner Ødegaard comes back we go to Havertz and Leo as number 1 and 2 for the number 9 position and hopefully push him down the pecking order. Also hoping Sterling can get up to speed too.

Jesus coming on instead of Nwaneri annoyed a lot of fans, but Arteta brought Nwaneri on to try and win the game against Leicester. Jesus was brought on to give a breather to our starters. It's telling how Arteta views Jesus compared to a literal child.

Everything he does is low percentage, everything he does is overcomplicating things.
Arteta should fine him every time he tries dribbling a guy in a low-percentage area right now. Just make quick passes, play with tempo, make runs into space.

It's difficult having him here atm. On the one hand, he's a baller but we don't see that anymore. He's selfish in a way Henry for example would never condone. He's got no pace. He's never been prolific and my prediction that he won't score for the rest of the season is looking scarily accurate. If the Internet rumours about a move away are true then we should bite the buyer's hand off.

I thought the comparisons to late-stage Laca were a bit OTT but he really is looking like that now. Just feel like he's trying to do too much and ending up doing nothing. Still quite like him as a player tbh but think the knee injuries have really zapped the spark out of him. Even if he wasn't particularly very prolific, he at least had the type of all-round game to bring the best out of others around him. Becoming obsolete in a similar way to Zinchenko and all his numerous calf injuries.
