Igor Thiago has been very good this season. We know Brentford are a selling club for the right price. I do have a feeling they will be pricing him a bit around the same as they did for Mbuemo. Considering he's only had 1 high goalscoring season (only 8 league games last season with 0 goals) I think he's quite the risky signing. Especially for £60-70m.

Getting rid of Jesus is £14,3m in wages alone so if the club manages to get rid of him, I think we'll see another striker coming in. Would also be the first bulgarian we'd have at the club aswell?
Igor Thiago is Brazilian ffs

Which part of his name sounds or which part of him looks like Bulgarian 😭

He had serious injury last season and came back last few games. The 8 games last season are misleading as they were off the bench totalling 169 minutes

Loan him in January or sell him in the summer idc but Merino & Nwaneri should be getting his minutes going fw depending whether we want a battering ram up front or a false 9.

There's a reason why I called him bulgarian as he's eligble to play for Bulgaria. I know he's brazilian.
Ah I see. I doubt he will play for Bulgaria. He's on course to representing Brazil in the summer world cup

He's been saving himself for Brazil, and with how **** every other Brazilian striker is he's in good contention to play, but remember playing for Brazil is also a lot of PR hype so when you're playing for Brentford it's even harder to break into the national team.

It will be interesting to see if he can keep the goalscoring going. He's never been the prolific before even in Bulgaria and Belgium, so it might be a purple patch or he might've found his next level playing in England. If he starts for Brazil in the World Cup they're gonna demand atleast £70m+ for him I bet.

Ludogorets signed him from Brazil and he got a Bulgarian passport. Now he's got a dual citizenship so he can be indeed called up by Bulgaria , but let's be real in the form he is in, Don Carlo will probably call him up for the world cup.
Btw I follow him since he went to Ludogorets but never predicted he goes this far. He was cooking both in Bulgaria and Belgium but the PL is a different beast. I wasn't sure if he'll do well, but he has always been super clinical in front of goal. Not sure about a step bigger than Brentford though. He might fumble

Had a really good assist for Martinelli's second...
we rarely saw assist like that in may previous season while kdb did that week in week out in his prime

i think our player including saka need replicate what jesus did in every next game

The comp doesn't look that impressive?
Inzaghi comps won't be impressive too. The thing that stood out to me is how good he is at finding space and how calm he is in front of goal. Hardly misses anything.

Kroupi ceiling looks more interesting to me. Guy scores from everywhere and has an insane shot in him. Reminds me of Recoba

Need a young striker with potential in the summer, Kroupi could be that guy looks good.

Just too many goals from the break and pens for me, Clifton, don't feel like he's the guy who can save us from Haramball and take to the next level.

Arsenal Quotes

A team can attack for too long. The most opportune time for scoring is immediately after repelling an attack, because opponents are then strung out in the wrong half of the field. All the men are expected to play to plan, but not so as to stifle individuality
