Just a word on Martinelli, he needs to be heavily coached on how and when to press. Does it too much like Alexis, where he runs and runs and runs and by the end of it he's knackered.
Jesús, coming from a team that is so good at knowing the exact moments to press, will be a big help with this on the pitch.

Chelsea fan in tatters.

"What's the leveling up of Jesus to Werner. The distance from Jesus to Werner is what Werner is to Charlie Austin. That's how much better Chelsea would become."

Remember when that transfer happened to Chelsea and most thought it was cheap?

Jesus’ transport dropped him around an hour ago, Nketiah come out about 20 minutes after, didn’t stop for any one to sign shirts. and no one else out since….

Assume Nketiah didn’t want to hang about.
 "here you go lad here's the 14 shirt. Btw we just signed your replacement. See you next year!"

Glad Jesus is going to do what is supposed to be teached and worked by the manager. It's good to hear someone will compensate the fraud we have as DT.

Need this to be confirmed. Today. This is a huge signing, we need a striker and he has a year left in contract, so it's a bargain.

We can find another winger who fits (needs to be able to play both wings well, and being able to be a striker backup is a bonus), but we can't get an EPL proven striker for this amount of money any other way.

When you compare Jesus and Raphinha deals, the one who has good experience from striker and winger position (strikers are usually more expensive), is the better deal for us. Jesus is a bit younger, but has almost double EPL minutes in his career, proven winner, and is like at least 10 million pounds cheaper.

I'm not even a huge fan of Jesus with his resting cry face, but he is the best we can hope for currently, and if we can't get this over the line after all these strong rumours, that might be too much.
