He's just not very good against this current crop of PL setups. He's wonderful in CL though so he's still useful. Honestly our CL games have been far more enjoyable to watch. Teams actually allow us to play football.

Think its because we're not seen as a serious team on the European stage yet. Can't fault the European teams really, until we win a CL we'll never be seen in the elite bracket in terms of how other teams and fanbases view us.

To be fair, the ball thing is what rubbed me the wrong way the most. It was really disrespectful. We've seen players move/drag opposition plenty of times (this is not me endorsing it), but tossing a ball at someone always seems pretty amateur.

What a load of crap. Martinelli was one of the few players that performed in 2022/23 when it mattered. In the other title race he wasn't a starter and barely played.

You cannot have a guy this prone to failing at the most basic things that non league players can do in their sleep in a league with fine margins.

He only useful currently as sub as him starter i cant remember a good performance in league
