I don’t get why they signed Garnacho when they could have signed Martinelli for £50m. It’s so strange. Martinelli is obviously a better player than Garnacho especially with the fast paced attacks Villa play.

I don't want to lose him on the cheap and sign a player only a little better for 100m or more. Bruno and Ødegaard (if he's back to what he was) will help Martinelli massively.

i think there will be more chances other players get picked over him if they preform well in europe the like of Joao Pedro for example but brazil are kinda mid so he might still get picked.
