Yep. Useful squad player to have around, but we've needed a left winger for 2 seasons now. Kai gets all the stick, but its this position that is really letting the team down.

I think it was fair after his 15 league goal season that people clung onto him. Unfortunately, he's had two poor seasons and I think this is his level.

I'll be the first to acknowledge that GMart's offensive output this season has not been good, but Lord do I love me a player that finds a way to influence games even when they're not scoring! Show me a better defensive winger in the league than GMart. Sure, go and get that Nico Williams kid, but don't get mad when he side leaks goals like Rasford does playing the wing.

But some don't rate the defensive shift he puts in though. They want a Vini or Rodrygo, who outside of their offense, gives you nothing. What a game he had, then he had enough for that lung buster for his goal.
