Never listen to Souness, but our team looks too nice and we're too nice too. A good team needs to be good in any department.

Come to think of it the only time Holland ever won something at Euro 1988, we had a few very good players with some good team players, but most of it all it was a team of bastards.

van Breukelen, van Tiggelen, Koeman, Rijkaard, Wouters, van Basten, all wanted to win in any way.

I hope Gabriel will be like 'the nail' van Tiggelen. Has the same posture, hope he's as tough as nails.

I'm not sure he is nasty though. Brazilians either have a screw loose and are borderline crazy, or are clean cut Jesus loving types, no middle ground.

Pepe and Costa are also that rare, nasty but World Class breed.

Would have been up raiding Villareal again next summer, for Bruno Soriano, but I think he's a little too old now.
