Looks like we gonna lose Nduka too. The packages City can offer these youngsters are frightening. It's concerning for the game in the long term as when you get young players on such high wages the fear is they lose enthusiasm and hunger before they've even made it proper.

Some parents don't help either as they seem to see their son/daughter as a "meal ticket" rather than doing what's best for the player's development. Losing Per when we did hasn't helped either. It would have been ideal to have someone lined up a lot earlier so there could be more direction and vision focused on.

I agree with this largely but I'd also add that Arsenal only really have themselves to blame as far as strategy is concerned - a model which prioritises first team progression for it's best is fine but there's no discernible plan for anyone who falls outside of the small bracket of early developed players with elite potential and that appears to be incompatible with the current climate.

Nduka himself is probably just outside of that group by a slither but he has a lot of excellent traits and is probably one of the more unique and impressive pickups we made recruitment-wise. Not confirmed yet but losing him to City is a massive blow. Bit OP considering they're looking like they will keep Xavier Parker aswell. Arsenal meanwhile are looking extremely light at CM now at scholar level, with the likelihood being that Munoz and Yetna will probably be called up early to play in midfield and new scholars like Theo Odaji-Ukueku will move back to midfield to stem the tide.

We're gonna have to firm this due to the change in brass, but the key will be to make sure we don't mess up with the few pros we do have with promise. Outside of the main group, we still have assets like Andre Harriman-Annous, Ife Ibrahim and Brando Bailey-Joseph - arguably the best 3 U21 players outside of Salmon and Dowman. Ceadach O'Neill aswell is a talent. We still have work to do with them.

Awful news. Best winger we have in the academy. Opens up space behind him but a huge loss. Feel immense sorrow for the kid, he worked very hard and did a lot to get close to first team contention.

Chris Willock was a technical marvel at a young age, just didn't kick on. Of the 3 brothers, Joe was probably the most rounded.

Jallow looks very talented but scaling him up is tricky. Need to see him at u18/u19 level first. Guys like Cozier-Duberry and BBJ as recent examples were immediately comfortable and effective. An early push could be a decent challenge for him.

Dixon, Salmon was played at RB last season but looked a bit like an adapted CB there. Upson is he a pure CB as reportedly 1.9m tall, is he right or left footed?
Dixon being asked for loan so it seems he is judged ready for Championship more than Salmon, should we keep Dixon and offer them Salmon, considering Saliba/Timber/White fitness/injuries only Mosq is fit and EPL ready at RB and CB.
Is any of them 3 ready to for starts against weaker sides of EPL?
