Tough game today, if it is still taking place? Everton away, won't be easy and they have an unusually strong defensive record for an academy team.

They are absurdly good at home. We have slapped them before, but that was with the likes of Nelson and Nketiah in the team. Willock should be considered for this, he has not played for the 1st team and was a miss in the last game. We will still be pretty strong as long as Saka and Amaechi are available. Don't think there will be a stream unlike last week. Will try to find one. Line-up could look like this IMO:

Iliev
Osei-Tutu Pleguezuelo Ballard Thompson
Willock Gilmour
Amaechi Burton Saka
John-Jules

Do we know if there is an injury for Willock? He hasn't been in the training pictures recently and I see no reason why he wouldn't have played last Monday, so thinking he could be injured. Hoping to see Smith in the squad, so at least we have an option for some creativity from the bench if Willock isn't playing. Will be interesting to see who gets the not between Balogun and John-Jules.

No idea. Hope it isn't an injury, would be very bad timing for Willock. Needs to continue building momentum.

Good luck to Zelalem.

Saka/Willock injured then? Sheaf and Gilmour in midfield again
Tormey starting is long overdue. Jeorge Bird been singing his praises for years. Hate that midfield though. Really uncreative but both players should improve after last game. Saka might be in Emery's thoughts for Thursday to be honest. Amaechi the star again tonight it would seem. Lot resting on him but he's carried teams before.

Evertons goalie tonight - Joao Virginia.

Yeah he caught my eye more in that clip tbh, great footwork. How are they rated in comparison to the current ‘known’ youngsters?
Biggest prospects at the club in their age bracket. England U17 regulars already despite being schoolboys. They will be the 2 strongest scholars next season.

Always liked him. A move to the Eredivisie or Bundesliga next would be sensible. Could develop into a Matic-type player for us.
Dont really see him ever playing in a arsenal shirt tbh. Being ok in league one att 21 is not saying much
