Blind faith in "LVG filoshophy"
Just checked out the teams for the U17 EC, which starts next week. Was disappointed not to see Arsenal players in the England team. Crewe Alexandra have 3 players. Is none of our academy players good enough for England, is England very good and/or are the selectors insane?

Kyle Ebecilio, who recently joined Arsenal from Feyenoord, is in the Holland squad, along with 7 of his former team mates.

Arsenal had 4 or 5 players in the England U16 team the over month. Players like Afobe and Freeman are to old to play for U17s. Thought Zak Ansah might of been in the the U17s though.

We just have a poor agegroup in the 94's. Zak Ansah was a starter for the U17 team earlier this season, but he has been injuried a lot and lost his place while other strikers have impressed in the meanwhile.

We also got Alban Bunjaku in the agegroup but he was never given a chance for England U17. England might lose him to Albania if they keep ignoring him.

Other than those two I don't think we have any English players born in 1994, but I'm not sure if Anthony Jeffrey or Zak Fagan is born in the late 94 or in 95. Though they have mostly played for the U16's this season, so don't think they've deserved an U17 call up anyways.

In most agegroups we have players that are some of the best in England.
93: Afobe, Aneke and maybe Yennaris
95: Jebb, Akpom, Lipman, Ormonde-Ottewill, Hayden
96: Iwobi, Brown
