Still believe what set us on our way for that Euro 2016 run was giving John Toshack then Gary Speed the remit to blood youngsters without chasing results and look to the next generation.

Darren fletcher? He’s basically the only acceptable young Scottish manager, however I can’t see him accepting the job at this point.
Other wise it’s guys like Brown, Naismith and Maloney with little to no experience.
