That has been Bayern's modus operandi ever since I remember.Looks like Nagelsmann will join Bayern. Red Bull wants 25m€, he already asked the club for the permission to leave. Leipzigs sportic director (Krösche) is leaving too.
No surprise Bayern will win the Bundesliga for the next 10 years too. Leipzig would have a big chance to win the title next season, because there wouldn't be another top coach for Bayern avalaible. Now they have weaknessed their biggest opponent for the next season and they have the best coach in Germany again. Don't understand Leipzig here, why they are accepting this.
Buying Henrichs for 15m just some weeks ago but are selling their top class coach for 25..
25m for a manager is a lot thoughLooks like Nagelsmann will join Bayern. Red Bull wants 25m€, he already asked the club for the permission to leave. Leipzigs sportic director (Krösche) is leaving too.

It becomes easy to achieve internal supremacy when you manage to completely kill off any competition that arises. If they start getting the managers aswell, I don't even know what to say.
I'll back it up with examples, I've done this before when talking about Bayern and when you list it, it gets really mind-blowing.
Ever since the 2000/2001, here are some examples of talent they just snatched from German teams:
2001/2002: Claudio Pizarro (Werder Bremen), Robert Kovac (Bayer Leverkusen), Niko Kovac (Hamburg);
2002/2003: Zé Roberto (Bayer Leverkusen), Michael Ballack (Bayer Leverkusen), Sebastian Deisler (Hertha Berlin);
2004/2005: Lúcio (Bayer Leverkusen), Torsten Frings (Borussia Dortmund);
2006/2007: Lukas Podolski (Köln), Daniel Van Buyten (Hamburg);
2007/2008: Miroslav Klose (Werder Bremen), Hamit Altintop (Schalke 04);
2008/2009: Tim Borowski (Werder Bremen);
2009/2010: Mario Gómez (Stuttgart), Ivica Olic (Hamburg);
2010/2011: Luiz Gustavo (Hoffenheim);
2011/2012: Manuel Neuer (Schalke 04);
2012/2013: Mario Mandzukic (Wolfsburg), Dante (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Claudio Pizarro (Werder Bremen - again);
2013/2014: Mario Götze (Borussia Dortmund);
2014/2015: Robert Lewandowski (Borussia Dortmund), Sebastian Rode (Eintracht Frankfurt);
2015/2016: Joshua Kimmich (Stuttgart);
2016/2017: Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund);
2017/2018: Niklas Süle (Hoffenheim), Serge Gnabry (Werder Bremen), Sandro Wagner (Hoffenheim), Sebastian Rudy (Hoffenheim);
2018/2019: Leon Goretzka (Schalke 04);
2019/2020: Benjamin Pavard (Stuttgart), Michaël Cuisance (Borussia Mönchengladbach);
2020/2021: Alexander Nübel (Schalke 04).
Now, how exactly are other teams supposed to compete with this?
