My wife and I are planning on coming to a game probably the forest game in November. Looking recommendations on places to stay, places to see, etc. any info/advice would be awesome!
As for which places to see in London, I'll defer to London residents, but I would say it depends on what you're more interested in: historic sites, food, shopping, London life etc...

But for the matchday experience, I would advise you to be there like 2+ hours before the match. Soak in all the experience, walk around the stadium, check the famous statues of: Arsène, Thierry, Dennis, Tony, Chapman and small statue of Sir Friar. Visit the Armoury too.

But here's a unique thing that I would definitely suggest to a first time visitor of Emirates on a matchday.

Get to the Emirates via the Hornsey Road. It is not the most popular direction, but trust me that you will be in awe of when right after passing a small under-tracks tunnel, you will see The Emirates show up in all its glory.
I had goosebumps when as I was walking and following the fans, and feeling like I still have some walking to go, then bam! The Emirates shows up in your left side in a magnificent view.
Thanks to @RandomHero84 for getting me the tickets and also @A_G for tips to take this way

A quick guide

Awesome thank you so much for the info!

Feel free to drop me a message if you want specifics on London or even where to stop around the Emirates (places for coffee, food etc...)

If you are looking for more sightseeing, give us an idea of what kind of traveller you are. Do you like to hit tourist spots, or prefer "hidden gem" type stuff? As an outsider there is a LOT to see in London.

Would anyone have 2 or 3 tickets (together) to either sell for Southampton, or swap for any other fixture apart from Sp**s, Liverpool and Newcastle? I'd you swap two for the city game for example I'll do a straight swap without requiring any cash to make to the difference in categories.

I've read the tips @A_G was giving, great. Still looking for tickets to the NF match in November. we live abroad and it's my 13 yr old son's dream to go to an Arsenal match. Can anyone help us get 2 tickets? @RandomHero84 or anyone else who can exchange tickets?

Going to Arsenal - Villa in January, very excited. First time to the Emirates. Doing a match day tour as well, but have two days left. Any suggestions besides the above? What's a good pub to watch other games that weekend?

Not sure yet, have to do some searching online. Any things you need to visit as an Arsenal fan? Some good sight seeing besides the obvious ones?
I meant what else apart from Arsenal! I assume you'll look at the old stadium facade etc. There isn't that much!

Hi I’m looking to take 15 year old daughter to first Arsenal game any tips how to get two tickets do we need to be a member?

I’m a Leicester fan and despite taking daughter home and away last couple years she’s sadly for me a gooner, as Leicester are particularly bad want to take the opportunity to take her to the Emirates.

We are going Leicester vs Arsenal which she is excited for I’m expecting a hammering we also have a fans protest one hour before game!

Any help to secure tickets much appreciated, looking at either Brentford or Crystal Palace games as I’m off work thanks again.

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
