think he was spot on against Lyon. great positioning and safe on the ball, did well with Matteo which is not ideal but on the other hand is very interesting duo

Playing well in a friendly is all well and good, but it's a shame he'll cost us goals in competitive matches in all likelihood.

For that reason he just has to be quite far down in the pecking order.

Can't turn when receiving the ball. Just passed it back to the CBs or Leno immediately.
Yeah. He was just pinging back to Leno or made a sideways pass to CB and played an occasional through ball to the wingers while Willock was doing all the hard work and taking on the players. If Willock can do this consistently, I don't even see a reason to keep Xhaka in squad anymore.
