Group C: Slovenia, Denmark, Serbia, England - The Group Of (Bored To) Death

England won’t go past quarter finals, sadly.

Aside from ineptness of the manager, England doesn’t have a possession-based, creative midfielder who dictates the play in 6 or 10.

To overcome this, Southgate should have prepared for more direct, high-tempo football.

England’s ceiling is getting knocked out in one of first two knockout rounds. Southgate is a hopeless coward and journeyman manager

England have been presented a golden opportunity now with them playing Slovakia to still get it right but Southgate has never shown the ability to change things in a progressive way mid tournament. Only time he's really changed things was in 2021 but that was going to 5atb.

England fans have to be frustrated. So much talent.

Mentality just isn’t there. Manager is miserable, but everyone knew that going into this. Regardless, none of them look like they will step up.

U.S.A miserable too. Red card in 17 min in group stage match will end up knocking us out. Dumbest play I’ve seen in US soccer.

Waiting for Arsenal to restart.
