Doesn’t mean we can spend it. You think Edu and Arteta don’t want to sign players and finish 8th again?

if you are going with us not buying any mid, at least count in the ones we didnt sell yet, it would only be fair

This window looks worse than the Cech one imo. Back then we had a very good squad that was functional, at the very least.

Now we've got the worst and most imbalanced midfield in the club's history and sit back.

Gotta bring Özil back into the side if this is true. Sorry but we need a creator desperately. Honestly can’t believe we’ve ****ed this up.

Sad to see my boy @field442 struggling right now, he's even quoting himself like that Football Manager kid.

The only chance we had to get Aouar and edu, mikel, vinai have pissed it down the drain.

Next season he's gone - Man city / Madrid / Lyon / PSG. I hate this club, atleast Raul got buisness done whether it was shady or legit.

The club told us, Edu and Raul hunted the new manager. It was a risk Edu and Raul took, and it’s worked brilliantly.

Can't wait to see our midfield of Xhaka, Elneny and Ceballos get wrecked against Everton. Zero ability to break down an organised defense, zero physical presence. this season is going to be brutal..

Imagine telling Auba we're going to win the CL in 3 years, fooling him into a new contract then surround him with Willian, Mari and Cedric.. What a ****ing shambles we are, man.:lol:

It feels like a Wenger transfer window again - long pursuits of players that go all summer long; fan's start with optimism about how the players will improve the team, only for them to fail as we can't meet the club demands.

Get what stuff done though? He pissed a record amount of money against the wall last summer and had us finishing 8th. That’s unacceptable.

If Arteta has any balls he'd resign on the spot over this transfer window shambles.

Course Lyon are going to say all negotiations are off, they set a deadline & it has passed. If they keep moving the deadline, it makes them even weaker.

If the media is right & Lyon need the money, then deadline or no deadline all their players are still available.

There is plenty of time left, leave the panicking until Monday evening.
