Where did you get this information? Just wanted to look it up as it is quite specific for the time span you give and seems like a good source. Or did you just take it it the Grealish transfer out of another figure?Up until this August he had the highest net spend in the entirety of European football over the past 2 seasons.
Even the relegation threatened teams are crawling with full internationals. It’s simply fantastic competition every week (except maybe when we play City).Of course it is.
Never seen talent like it in one league. Every club has players the likes of Barca and Madrid would love.
That literally does prove the league is tougher, years ago a team like Liverpool would have battered a newly promoted side like Brentford.Brentford almost beating Liverpool. But but but the league is getting harder.
Lol that literally proves the league is tougher own goal hereBrighton will go top if they win their next match. Brentford almost beating Liverpool. But but but the league is getting harder.
Literally Southampton under Poch when Wenger was managing, or Stoke under the great PulisWhen did a promoted team come and play like Brighton or Brentford with good attacking mindset coaches like Potter or Frank? Obv it is tougher now.
But but but net spend.Brighton will go top if they win their next match. Brentford almost beating Liverpool. But but but the league is getting harder.

At the same time, were there more clubs like west ham, villa, Leicester, Brighton playing good as well?Literally Southampton under Poch when Wenger was managing, or Stoke under the great Pulis
What? They have battered Burnley, Leeds, Norwich and Palace. The fact that one lower club is really well organised, and can play with organisation and heart doesn’t mean the league is getting harder. It’s not. That literally does prove the league is tougher, years ago a team like Liverpool would have battered a newly promoted side like Brentford.
Except bummer’s don’t over perform, they under perform . . witness Arteta. What about Leicester winning the league one year after promotion?
There’s always been promoted teams who’ve come up and played really well like Bournemouth or Swansea.
All three promoted clubs going down has almost never happened while all three staying up is way more common. Brentford aren’t reinventing the wheel ffs.
Frank is an overrated bummer.
Meteoric rise doesn’t tell lies, it spells very smart organisation.Nah I go to a lot of lower league London games and they’re just an the most universally despised team after Millwall.
Before they got promoted everyone called them Sky Sports Brentford because they’d get all the TV games and reach arounds from the pundits.
Act like they’re holistically grown but they’ve had way more money pumped in than other traditional London sides like Wimbledon, QPR or even Palace.
They’re literally just a bus stop in West London with a dead stadium filled with former Exeter Uni types who work at Foxtons. ****s.
I’ve hated them in the Championship and League 1. Check my post history.
