I'd throw him right back in there when he's fit and ready to go, it honestly can't get any worse than it has been recently and it'll be good to find out if we can rely on him before the summer window opens. With our current bunch I think a Coquelin/Wilshere midfield partnership could be our best bet going forward.

We cant afford to risk throwing him right back into the thick of things as we do not know how much his recent injury has affected him and Jack himself needs to steadily fit back into the teams dynamics.

This thread is kinda funny actually. Every year when the going gets tough people will wish for the return of Wilshere, knowing that it will never help much and by the time he comes back our season is already over.

Then next year he will get injured early and we can rinse and repeat again.

Truth is Wilshere hasn't been a factor in our season for 3 or 4 years already and hardly anything is going to improve his injury record. We wasted 9 years on Diaby hoping he will ever become fit...

Depending on Wilshere to be fit is like hoping to land a bird without stepping out of your bed.

Ain't gonna happen!

He'll be back by April, play the rest of our pointless games as 4th needs securing and then be ready for England as is his only aim.

THIS is what annoys me the most.
His focus isnt on our title push or whatever our agenda around his return, but always being ready for Englands games.

He came out saying the same in July (about the October fixtures) and now him and Wenger, both have spoken about him being ready for the Euros.

He's my favourite alright but he can **** right off if the NT is all he cares about!

No I don't think so, it's just how it works out.
IMO, he should not go to euros to focus on next year with arsenal, the guys that stay by him and bloody pay him.

But he's a footballer, he wants to play where and when he can.

It's nothing personal about Jack ... but how many of you would buy a central midfield player who had scored just 11 goals in six years? Forget the reasons, or the number of games played, face the reality that a well paid squad player has contributed less than 2 goals per season ... in no way does that justify a squad place, not in any EPL club ... we've played this game before with Diaby, why the feck are we doing it again ... it's not Jack's fault it's just the brutal facts ...

Why do you count goals scored? I mean Xavi, Iniesta, Modric, Kroos, Schweinstiger..... are some of the best midfielders of the last 6 years (since Jacks emergence) and none of whom have been anywhere close to being that much of a goal threat consistently.

The injuries are a separate issue.

Who cares about goal scored for a midfielder? Verratti has 3 goals in 4 years(136 games), so you wouldn't take him here?

F*ck off.

It is hilarious how Jack has turned into a 10 here though. Very talented player but he wasn't really performing the last few seasons even when he was fit.
