Wilshere + Norwich brings back some memories :
Really crazy decade ago he was still most exciting English player now at 32 he already coaching. Injures took him away
It's probably his family rather than him. Reading the article, it appears Wilshere had made good with the parents and families so I'd imagine much of the disappointment is coming from them as well as the players themselves. The players will likely get over it, including Dowman. Adam Birchall will probably replace Wilshere.
Why is this even in the news. Ffs...
No way the kid is whining about coach leaving. Otherwise he will never be ready foe the high turnover in management at top clubs.

I mean, the Arsenal team at the time was extremely soft, so I can see why he wanted to be that heart and soul player who adds a bit of passion and physicality. His only problem was that he didn't have the body for it.It was tackling hard and being tackled harder that cut short his career. I get the sentiment but I never thought he was that bright when he said this. That's why his foray into coaching surprised me. I think he's a bit more cerebral now.
Fair enough. As I said, he wasn't very bright. I wish him well at Norwich.I mean, the Arsenal team at the time was extremely soft, so I can see why he wanted to be that heart and soul player who adds a bit of passion and physicality. His only problem was that he didn't have the body for it.
