Kiwior has to be the setup for Kvaratskhelia. Use him as a negotiation tool.

But he also goes in the summer, we need all hands on deck for a busy 2025.

Don't rate him that much, cost us two goals against Fulham and Liverpool imo with his positioning, but at least he's available. Which can't be said for our other defenders.
Agree. He’s not very good imo, just a decent player. But doesn’t add anything unique to our side at LB or LCB. No explosiveness, no real ball carrying / ball progressing ability.

Seems like a decent CB who can become a good CB with minutes (maybe a very good one later in career). He won’t get that here though.

I’d let Kvara go mate, I think he wants to sign a new deal + just done his knee so will be out for a while.

I think if we’re better of paying a large fee for Isak rather than Kvara.

Isak is injury prone though :/ wouldn’t say no but I’m really tired of injury prone players.

Yeah me too, I’d see how he gets on this season injury wise but I don’t think his injuries are as bad as I first thought.

Yeah you’re probably right.

I can see us going for Isak, and playing him on Martinelli’s side. 1v1 ability on the side where we have more space. Also not on the frontline of our press, run by Havertz and Ødegaard.

It’s also why I’m such a fan of Leao on that left side. Pace, power and ability to finish. Imagine if Arteta can get him contributing to our system.

I dunno since he joined the PL he got 22 apps and 30 apps. This year he is projected to get like 30 again.

If you’re averaging like 28 a season out of 38 you’re missing like 25% of the games. Looks like he consistently will miss a chunk of the season.

For £100m+ it’s kinda ****ed.

Yeah it’s difficult, that’s the one thing I don’t like about Isak is the fact Mikel would probably play him out on the left and I want a proper CF and CF only.

Leao is a non starter as well, think he wants to stay in Milan.

100M for those kind of injuries and his actual numbers is a lot tho but the upside is also massive.

Rumours of Vlahovic being available in Jan, another player I like.

I don’t want Leao or Vlahovic personally.

For me CF wise it’s probably between Gyokeres, Isak, Osimhen. Vlahovic not scoring enough in an average league.

LW I am warming back up to Williams. Kvara of course the dream.

Edit: I see Vlahovic has scored more than I thought. Not top of my list but I don’t mind him as an option.

I get that, Gyo is scoring in a really poor league tho which is the worry.

Osi and Isak just unlikely. It’s a bit bleak again really.

Gyok is making a mockery of it through. And he is matching it in the CL and International level. I think out of all those options we can easily get 1 of them.

Arteta went to the board to ask for another LB/CB. They told him we are one player too loaded in that area for that. Heartbroken, he decided to bin Kiwior so he could continue to feed his defensive purchasing addiction.

If he's going to start then I wouldn't begrudge him leaving. He's a solid player. He probably wants to start more. Calafiori or Ben White would be earmarked to start if Gabriel Maga or Saliba ever leave, imo. Kiwior would still be the odd man out.

Would be a huge loss for us, best back up CB in the league and our level doesn’t go down when he has to step in for someone. Hardly ever see him put a foot wrong.

One of the best transfers of the Arteta/Edu era, think he deserves more minutes but if he goes oh well.

That's, like, your opinion, man.

Wouldn't be against selling him this window, but he's the only fit left sided defender at the club bar Gabriel, if we're serious about challenging he should not be allowed to leave this window.

Arsenal Quotes

The only moment of possible happiness is the present. The past gives regrets. And future uncertainties. Man quickly realised this and created religion. It forgives him what he has done wrong in the past and tells him not to worry about the future, as you will go to paradise.
