How do I tell my kids that Kiwior was the best defender in a Real vs Arsenal match over two legs? This man is single-handedly making me want a Polish babes
Come on man! He made two errors in the first round that could easily kill the game for us

Honestly a flawless game in the highest pressure game of his career, made 1 really good interception tackle to recover for saliba or whoever that was at one point as well. Really great job. I've been critical of some of his defending thinking he is too passive and whatnot but today he was the best CB. So yeah great job Senderos would be proud.

I want to give him specifically credit as he was brilliant in both games. Apologies Kiwior. I wasn't familiar with your game. Hopefully these matches give him even more confidence

When I was saying he can easily start at like top serie A teams I wasn't wrong. He very calm and good defender this tow games raised his stocks and Arteta will want him to stay of course but won't blame Kiwi if he want starting opportunity elsewhere.
To think that this current Arsenal squad has got defenders that will start in most top clubs as rotation players is testament to how far we have come. Berta has to assist Arteta in doing same for the attack and we're cooking on every front from next season.

Now it's becoming very obvious to everyone in Europe and their dogs why clubs park the bus against Arsenal. You come at us even a bit you get slaughtered. And this is without our required level forwards. Imagine what happens when we recruit those.

Blissful days ahead peeps!

Yeah, this guy did his job, and did it pretty ****ing well. Can't ask for more than that. Cheers Jakub. I'll tuck into a Zywiec in your honour.

I don’t really think we should replace him, the whole left back stuff made us think he’s ****, he run at left CB has been very good and I still think he’s very capable of deputizing for Big Gabby.

No one knows if calafirori will ever have a long stretch of fitness to be relied upon or if tomiyasu is still a thing, so if kiwior is comfortable playing second choice, we should definitely keep him.

The Bayern game left a stink on him that never went away, even though before that he had performed well at LB for several games. It's harsh on him since we don't have a good sample size of him in terms of a real run of games in his natural position at CB. Since Gabi went down he's been great. From a squad perspective its priceless to have guys like this in reserve who can maintain the level when a top player gets injured. I hope we can keep him. But for him personally itll be tough to stay here and essentially be a career backup when you know you can be a nailed on starter for Milan or Juve, or even a decent PL team challenging for Europe every season.

Arsenal Quotes

This is a big moment of happiness...we waited a long time for this and the happiness is linked sometimes with the suffering, and the time that you have to wait....this was more important than all the other (trophies) we have twice won the double, but were not under pressure then like we were today.

Arsène Wenger, on winning the 2014 FA Cup
